The Financial Secretary shall keep an account for each person making a pledge to the Church, shall have full charge of collections, shall pay the Treasurer all money received for the support of the Church and its outreach, and shall make a report to the Annual Meeting and periodically to the Trustees. An assistant to the Financial Secretary may be elected.

The Financial Secretary shall be a member ex officio of the Board of Trustees.
