The Treasurer shall be the custodian of the operating funds of the Church, and any other funds entrusted to the Treasurer; shall sign all checks disbursing those funds, but shall make payments only as authorized by the appropriate Board or Team; shall make a financial report to the Annual Meeting and shall perform such other duties as are usually incident to the Office.

The Treasurer shall be a member ex officio of the Board of Trustees.
